My kiddos woke up to this little table scene Easter morning. I baked a ham Saturday and their favorite breakfast of all is when I make them my version of egg mcmuffins.
We skipped dying eggs this year and decided to spraypaint our eggs with chalkboard paint.
As the kids get older, their Easter baskets aren't filled as high, money in eggs, etc. and we put their larger pool toys and sports equipment in the backyard for an Easter egg hunt. They never tire of that!

Then there's my youngest baby. "Mommy why are you trying to make me look like a bunny, I'm a dog."
"Why are you holding me near the pool?? You know I hate that swimming pool . . . I am not a water dog."
Taylor and I were on a mission. We found an adorable dress for both Easter and Hawaii. I hope you all had a wonderful day filled with family and fun.

Happy Easter Peeps! I picked up this box of chicks and bunnies a few months ago at a church rummage sale for $2.00. I love all of them! If you need one or two, let me know and I'll share with you.
Wishing you all a joyful Easter.

My husband, daughter and I went to the incredible "Chihuly" exhibit at the Desert Botanical Gardens. A friend recommended that we select the 4-8 pm reservation and I'm grateful that we wanted. No wonder that time frame is so popular. The weather was spectacular and it made us happy and grateful that we live in Arizona.
This tree was one of my 3 favorites of the over 100 displays.

This one reminded us of our "worm" succulent in our back yard that my husband brought us home from work a few years ago when they were clearing land for a new golf course.

This one was my favorite. They were all named except this one. I named it "Dancing Waters". I love the arch in the background that I didn't notice until I looked through my lense.
Next are the chandeliers. I'll show you a few of my favorites.

Daylight image before 7 pm.
After 7 pm image. This is why the 4-8 time slot fills up quickly.

We saw some feathered friends.

A few more of my favorite scenes.

A message to my local peeps: "Do not miss this."
